What Fliki publishes about rights
Fliki (fliki.ai) writes its free-tier exclusion out: the free plan carries no commercial rights to media and adds a watermark. A commercial licence to all content created is listed from Standard, any paid plan carries commercial rights, and publishing rights are stated to belong to the user. As of 2026-09-22.
| Point | What the vendor publishes |
|---|---|
| Free tier | No commercial rights to media, and a watermark on exports |
| Commercial use from | Standard, and any paid plan |
| What is owned | Publishing rights are owned by the user, and Fliki does not own any content |
| Input restriction | No statement published |
Inclusion rule. The same four points are recorded for every vendor here. A point the vendor does not publish is recorded as no statement rather than inferred from terms of service. Order. Fixed order, identical on every product page.
1An exclusion in words, which is still rare here
Most free tiers in this grid are read from an absence: a line printed on the paid cards and left off the free one. Two entries instead say what the free tier does not include, and this is the blunter of the two, because it names commercial rights directly rather than describing a category of personal use.
The practical difference shows up in a pitch. A team on a free seat does not have to decide whether silence means no; it has been told, in the vendor's own words, on the page that explains what the plan is for.
2Why the media library is doing part of the work
The reason given for the paid-plan grant is that the media in Fliki is either licensed or royalty-free, which is a statement about stock footage, voices and music rather than about generated frames. The licence being sold is partly a clearance on library assets.
That makes this row a slightly different object from the rest of the register, and it is recorded in the vendor's own framing rather than translated. A brand assembling a deliverable from library components plus generated ones is buying two clearances in one line item.
3Ownership stated as publishing rights
The ownership answer is short and unusual in its phrasing: publishing rights are owned by the user of the content, and Fliki does not own any content. It answers the question a client asks without claiming to settle copyright in a generated file, which is a question no vendor here can settle.
Eight entries in this register now publish something under the ownership column. This is the shortest of them, and the fact that it stops where it does is the reason it can be quoted without a lawyer rewriting it first.

5From the making side
Alongside the terms behind “Fliki”, SceneMixer's guides describe the work itself this way:
On a segment’s card, Insert adds a blank segment right after it: write its header and shots.

The spoken lines and the end card follow your interface language across fifteen dialogue languages, with the cast and setting adapted to that market. The end card falls back to a language it can typeset when a script needs shaping or right-to-left layout.
