What Kling AI publishes about rights
Kling AI (kling.ai) lists commercial use as a benefit of every paid membership, starting at the $10 Standard plan. The free Basic plan does not carry the line, which is an omission rather than a published restriction. As of 2026-09-12.
| Point | What the vendor publishes |
|---|---|
| Free tier | Not carried on the free Basic plan |
| Commercial use from | Standard, $10 a month |
| What is owned | No statement published |
| Input restriction | No statement published |
Inclusion rule. The same four points are recorded for every vendor here. A point the vendor does not publish is recorded as no statement rather than inferred from terms of service. Order. Fixed order, identical on every product page.
1The cheapest crossing point in this register
Ten dollars a month is the lowest price at which any vendor here says output may be used commercially, and the line is repeated on every paid tier above it rather than appearing once at the top. A buyer choosing the smallest paid plan is not choosing a lesser licence.
Repetition matters more than it looks. Where a licence line appears only on a premium tier, a reader has to work out whether the tiers below inherit it. Here the answer is printed on each card.

2An absent line is not a published rule
The free plan is recorded here as not carrying the commercial line, which is a statement about the plan table and not about what a free user may do. This register does not convert an omission into a prohibition, because the vendor has not written one.
It is a common shape in this register: three free tiers here are blanks rather than exclusions, and on each of them the reader is left to ask the vendor.

4What the output is for
Alongside the terms behind “Kling AI”, SceneMixer's guides describe the work itself this way:

The spoken lines and the end card follow your interface language across fifteen dialogue languages, with the cast and setting adapted to that market. The end card falls back to a language it can typeset when a script needs shaping or right-to-left layout.
